Camp Details:

CAMP PHONE NUMBER: ( 802 ) 563 - 2730  

TIME:   Camp will operate from June 19th through August 25th, 2017 from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

AGES: 5 to 12 Years

TRANSPORTATION:  Campers should arrive at Cherry St. PlayCare after 7:30 am. Staff will be at Cherry Street to supervise children and communicate with parents. The bus will leave at 8:00 am and return at 4:30pm.

 


RATES :  $185 per week. Please contact Judy for sibling reductions, sliding fee scale, subsidy information or pick-up in Danville or Walden.

 


PAYMENT :  A deposit of 25% of tuition  according to the child's summer schedule is required by May 22nd for all private pay campers.

 

The remaining balance of tuition will be due weekly, one week in advance beginning on June 19th.


Payment agreements must be met in a timely manner.

 

All Parents receiving 100%  subsidy will not be responsible for subsidy differential.


We have been notified that we will receive "The Reserve Slot Grant for Subsidy Eligible Children" .


Please get your application for subsidy from Umbrella, or your local subsidy specialist,  as soon as possible to insure a place on the grant.  ( 802 748 1992 )

CHILDREN WILL NEED TO BRING:
Swimsuit and towel, sturdy shoes or sneakers, a warm change of clothing (it is always cooler in Cabot than in town), insect repellent and sun block lotion as needed.

All clothing must be labeled



THE MEALS:  We will continue to offer breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack at no extra charge through the Department of Education Child Food and Nutrition Program to all campers.

If your child chooses to bring lunches and snacks these may be refrigerated. 


Drinks should be in unbreakable containers
.


No candy, sodas, or high sugar foods are allowed.


Please indicate any special dietary needs for your child.

 


DISCIPLINE:
Camp operates under guidelines that revolve around three basic values: Safety, Respect and Cooperation.   We support our discipline Policy with Living Values Education Activities.

 

The Discipline Policy is supported by our trained staff and is available to all parents upon request.

We will do our best to maintain a positive and healthy setting where all campers and staff are assured an excellent summer filled with fun and learning activities in an environment of mutual respect.
